At West Fairmont Middle School in the 7th and 8th grade Art room there are four desktops that the students can access. They all have internet access and can access Google Tools. The teachers and staff have the opportunity to use a laptop cart that has access to the internet and Google tools. You have to talk to the principal to sign up to reserve it. The school also has two Fast Forward labs and three mobile laptop labs. When I took a survey of the classes every student had access to the Internet at home. They all had computers that would allow them to get online and use the Google tools. There are also locations in the community such as the public library that allows them to use the internet.
